الملخص: تالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الاتفاقيات الدولية في مكافحة جرائم الفساد، حيث تناولنا من خلالها مفهوم الفساد الذي نبين فيه مضمون هذه الجريمة وما يميزها وما يترتب عليها من آثار في مختلف المجالات، إضافة إلى ما قدمته الاتفاقيات الدولية من وسائل وطرائق لمجابهة الفساد ومنعه، وحلول تسترشد بها الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقيات من أجل الحد من جرائم الفساد، وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي فقد كان الوصف لجريمة الفساد، والتحليل لمواد ونصوص الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تعالج هذه الجريمة. وخلصنا من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى أن رغم الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه الاتفاقيات الدولية من أجل مكافحة الفساد إلا أنه لازال قائما وبمختلف صوره، مما يعكس ضعف الإرادة الدولية في هذا المجال. Abstract: This study aims to show the role of international conventions in combating corruption crimes, through which we dealt with the concept of corruption in which we show the content of this crime and what distinguishes it and its effects in various fields, in addition to the means and methods provided by international conventions to confront and prevent corruption, and guided solutions States parties to the conventions in order to curb corruption crimes We have followed the descriptive analytical approach, as it was the description of the crime of corruption, and the analysis of the articles and texts of international agreements that deal with this crime. And we concluded through this study that despite the great role played by international conventions in order to combat corruption, it still exists in all its forms, which reflects the weakness of the international will in this field.
