التفاعلية الإفتراضية عبر منصات التعليم عن بعد خلال جائحة كوفيد 19 -دراسة إثنوغرافية رمزية للتفاعل-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن أنماط التفاعل الإفتراضي عبر منصات التعليم الرقمية، كنمط وصيغة جديدة للتعليم عن بعد، و كأحد التوجهات التعليمية وخاصة بعد أزمة" كوفيد-19" التي أجبرت المؤسسات الجامعية للتوجه لهذا النوع من التعليم، لذلك فأصبح هذا النوع الجديد حتمية لمواكبة الطلب الاجتماعي، وأيضا للقضاء على المشكلات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي الجزائري وتؤدي الدور الامثل في تحقيق اهدافه لما تتميز به من سرعة فائقة وقدرة عالية علي الاتصال والتفاعل. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الكيفية إبستيمولوجيا، إستنادا إلى المنهج الإثنوغرافي، وأداتي والملاحظة بالمشاركة، والمقابلة المعمقة مع مستخدمي منصة class room في كل من جامعتي باتنة 1 ، وقسنطينة 3 تخصص إعلام وإتصال، للحصول على نتائج توضح هل حدث إختلاف في التفاعل الرمزي في الوسط الجامعي، بإختلاف طريقة سير العملية التعليمية، حيث تحولت من تقليدية واقعية، إلى حديثة إفتراضية، بسبب جائحة كورونا، وبالإعتماد أيضا على التفاعلية الرمزية كإطار نظري للدراسة يساعد على تحليل الأبعاد الرمزية للتفاعل داخل هذه المنصة . This study aims to reveal patterns of virtual interaction across digital education platforms, as a new pattern and formula for distance education, and as one of the educational trends, especially after the Covid-19 crisis, which forced university institutions to go to this type of education, so this new type has become inevitable to keep pace with social demand, And also to eliminate the problems facing the Algerian university education and play an optimal role in achieving its goals due to its high speed and high ability to communicate and interact. This study belongs to qualitative studies, epistemology, based on the ethnographic method, my tools and observation by participation, and an in-depth interview with the users of the class room platform in both the universities of Batna 1 and Constantine 3, media and communication specialization, to obtain results that show whether there is a difference in the symbolic interaction in the middle, With the difference in the way the educational process proceeds, as it turned from a realistic traditional, to a virtual modern one, due to the Corona pandemic, and also relying on symbolic interaction as a theoretical framework for the study that helps analyze the symbolic dimensions of interaction within this platform
