الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة تطور مسؤولية الصحافي عبر قوانين الإعلام التي عرفتها الجزائر في 1982 حيث كانت الايديولوجيا الاشتراكية، ومع التعددية في قانون 1990 ثم في القانون العضوي 12/05 لعام 2012 وكذلك المرسوم التنفيذي 20-332 المتعلق بالإعلام الإلكتروني، ومعرفة طبيعة مسؤوليتي الصحافي الجزائري سواء كانت مدنية تقصيرية أساسها التعويض أو اللجوء للرد والتصحيح، أو كانت هذه المسؤولية جنائية يترتب عنها الجزاء من خلال التتابع والتضامن أو الإهمال. This study deals with the development of the journalist responsibility, through the media laws that Algeria knew in 1982 with the socialist ideology, and with pluralism in the 1990 law; then in the organic law of information in 2012 then in the executive decree 20-332 on electronic media. in addition this study aims to know the nature of the Algerian journalist responsibility, whether it was a civil tort based on compensation or resort to response and correction, or it was criminal responsibility which needs a punishment. Through succession, solidarity or negligence
