الحدود السياسية في ظل قواعد الشرعية الدولية وحتميات التعاون الاقليمي الحدود الوطنية الجزائرية أنموذجا

الملخص
ملخص: تختلف الحدود من حيث درجة استقرارها إذ توجد حدود ثابتة تقليدية استمرت لمدة طويلة دون أن تطرح إشكالات في وجودها وبقائها، بينما وبالموازاة مع ذلك توجد حدود ابعد ما تكون عن الاستقرار تخلق العديد من المعضلات الدولية بين الفينة والأخرى ،مسببة بذلك الأزمات والنزاعات على الساحتين الاقليمية و الدولية.حيث يتمحور هدف هذه الدراسة في التعرف على طبيعة الحدود السياسية في ظل قواعد الشرعية الدولية وحتميات التعاون الاقليمي اذ أنه وفي هذا الإطار اضطلعت الجزائر بالمناداة باحترام قواعد الشرعية الدولية ومبادئ القانون الدولي كمبدأ قدسية الحدود الموروثة عن الاستعمار الخلافات السياسية وعزل تأثيراتها السلبية المحتملة، وعلى بناء مؤسسات فاعلة و قادرة على إدارة عمليات التعاون المختلفة لمواجهة كل التحديات والرهانات التى تشهدها المنطقة. ، وهو ما لايتنافى مع دعوتها المستمرة الى إقامة تعاون وتنسيق إقليمي في كل الميادين ،حيث أكدت على وجوب تحييد Abstract: Borders differ in terms of their degree of stability, as there are fixed, traditional borders that lasted for a long time without posing problems in their existence and survival, while in parallel with that there are borders that are far from stable, creating many international dilemmas from time to time, thus causing crises and conflicts on the regional arenas and International. The objective of this study is to identify the nature of political borders in light of the rules of international legitimacy and the imperatives of international cooperation In this context, Algeria undertook the call for respecting the rules of international legitimacy and the principles of international law, such as the principle of the sanctity of borders inherited from colonialism, which does not contradict its continuous call for establishing regional cooperation and coordination in all fields, as it emphasized the necessity of neutralizing political differences and isolating their potential negative effects, and on building Effective institutions capable of managing various cooperation processes to meet all challenges and stakes in the region.
