الملخص
الملخص ركز البحث على منطقة هلال الأزمات، وطرق إدارة الأزمات التي حدثت فيه وتقيمها استراتيجياً ، إذ تنتاب دول ذلك الهلال تجاذبات دولية وإقليمية؛ مما جعلها منبع للازمات، لأهميتها الاستراتيجية ولقصورها في إدارة الأزمات، ويجيب البحث عن اتسام تلك المنطقة بالأزمات، محلحلاً للإشكالية المتعلقة كلما ازدادت أهمية المنطقة؛ ازدادت الأزمات فيها، وتلك هي مفارقة حقيقية، فاعتمدنا افتراض" كلما اعتمد التقييم الاستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات الدولية؛ ازدادت الخبرة في الإدارة والتحكم بمسارات الأزمات المستقبلية "، وهدف إلى إبانة أهمية التقييم الاستراتيجي في دراسة الأزمات الدولية لم له من قدرة في تشخيص مسببات الأزمات بدقة عالية، ووضع تفسير لتوالد الأزمات في المنطقة وتحقيقاً استخدمنا الأسلوب التقييمي والمنهج التحليلي الذي يركز على تقييم الأزمات الدولية، والتطرق إلى اهم تلك الأزمات وكيف انتهت في منطقة هلال الأزمات . Abstract: The research focused on the Crisis Crescent region, and the methods of managing the crises that occurred in it and assessing them strategically, as the countries of that crescent have international and regional interactions, Which made it a source of crises, due to its strategic importance and its shortcomings in managing crises, and the search for the crises characterization of that region answers the problem of the region as the importance of the region increases. The number of crises in them increased, and this is a real paradox. So we adopted the assumption that “the more strategic assessment is adopted in managing international crises, the more experience in managing and controlling the paths of future crises,” and the aim of demonstrating the importance of strategic assessment in studying international crises did not have the ability to accurately diagnose the causes of crises High, and an explanation of the proliferation of crises in the Crescent we used the evaluation method and the analytical approach that focuses on assessing international crises, and addresses the most important of these crises and how they ended in Crisis Crescent Zone.
