الملخص

ناقش البحث مستقبل الاستراتيجيتان الأمريكية والصينية ما بعد فايروس كورونا ، وما ستحدثه من تحولات في الجيوبوليتك العالمي بفعل المتغير الصحي فخيار التغيير ، وضرورة الاستجابة للوضح الصحي من متطلبات المرحلة ، ورتكزت العملية البحثية على احد احد النهجين، الأول: التغيير الجيو-سياسي وجيو-اقتصادي لينطبق على عالم ما بعد فايروس كورونا الذي يُظهر الصين قوى عظمى توازن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والثاني: إعادة ترميم الجيو-سياسي وجيو –اقتصادي عالمياً لمنع الصين لتكون قوى عظمى موازنة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وترميم التحالفات والتآلفات الدولية التقليدية والسيبرانية ، لكن تلك الخيارات لا تمنع من اندلاع "حرب باردة جديدة"، أو ظهور تكتل ثنائي عالمي بعد إحياء "مشروع الحزام وطرق الحرير"، وطرح المشاريع الاستراتيجية لبناء تكتل سيبراني ثنائي العالمي الأول بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والثاني بقيادة الصين الشعبية. The research discussed the future of the American and Chinese strategies after the Corona virus, and the transformations that they will bring in the global geopolitics due to the health variable, the choice of change, and the need to respond to the health situation from the requirements of the stage, and the research process was based on one of the two approaches, the first: geo-political and geo-economic change to apply On the post-Coronavirus world that shows China as superpowers balancing the United States of America, and the second: a global geo-political and geo-economic restoration to prevent China from being a great power balancing the United States of America, and the restoration of traditional and cyber international alliances and alliances, but these options do not prevent The outbreak of a "new cold war", or the emergence of a global bilateral bloc after the revival of the "Belt and Silk Roads Project", and the launch of strategic projects to build the first bilateral global cyber bloc led by the United States of America and the second led by the People's China.
