الجهود الدولية في التصدي لجريمة العدوان

الملخص
تظافرت جهود المجتمع الدولي في التصدي لجريمة العدوان قبل وبعد إقرار نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية فتمكن من تحديد تعريف لجريمة العدوان بعد رحلة طويلة من البحث والمحاولة، كما تمكن من حظر فعل العدوان من خلال ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، ثم من تجريم هذا الفعل من خلال نظام روما الأساسي، وبذلك يكون قد تمكن من وضع اسس التصدي لجريمة العدوان باعتبارها جريمة خطيرة تفتح الباب لارتكاب كل الجرائم التي تمس بالنظام العام الدولي وبالمصلحة العليا للمجتمع الدولي والمتمثلة اساسا في جريمة الابادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب. The international community combined efforts to confront the crime of aggression before and after the adoption of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. It was able to define a definition of the crime of aggression after a long journey of research and attempt. It was also able to prohibit the act of aggression through the Charter of the United Nations, and then criminalized this act through The Rome Statute, and thus has been able to lay the foundations for addressing the crime of aggression as a serious crime that opens the door to committing all crimes that affect the international public order and the higher interest of the international community, which is mainly represented in the crime of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes
