- ملخص: سيتم في هذه الدراسة التعرض لموضوع الرقمنة كمطلب استراتيجي لتحقيق حوكمة الجامعات الجزائرية، حيث هدفت إلى التعريف بالرقمنة وأهميتها ومتطلبات تطبيقها التي تجعل منها سبيلا لترسيخ مبادئ حوكمة الجامعات المتمثلة في الشفافية والمشاركة والمسؤولية والمساءلة، بالإضافة إلى عرض متطلبات تحقيق الحوكمة و معوقات تطبيقها في الجامعة كمؤسسة عمومية خدماتية ، ذلك أن ارتباط الرقمنة بالحوكمة من وجهة نظرنا يتجسد في دقة وموضوعية وإتاحة الخدمة التي يتعين على الجامعة تقديمها للأفراد والمجتمع، بمستوى جودة يمكن أن تنافس بها نظيراتها على المستوى العالمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة؛ الجامعة الجزائرية؛ الحوكمة؛ حوكمة الجامعات؛ الرقمنة؛ - Abstract: In this study, the subject of digitization will be exposed as a strategic requirement to achieve the governance of Algerian universities, as it aimed to introduce digitization, its importance and the requirements for its application that make it a means of consolidating the principles of university governance. represented in transparency, participation, responsibility and accountability, in addition to presenting the requirements to achieve governance and the obstacles to its application in the university as a public institution, because the link of digitization with the governance from our point of view is embodied in the accuracy, objectivity and availability of service that the university must provide to individuals and to society, at a level of quality that can compete with its global counterparts Keywords:: Digitalization, strategic, the governance, Algerian universities.
