التحول نحو التعليم الإلكتروني لتفعيل الموقف التعليمي في ظل أزمة كورونا

الملخص
شهدت عديد الدول شللا في منظومتها التعليمية بسبب أزمة كورونا، كونها لم تكن تملك بدائل تفعل من خلالها هذه المنظومة، أما تلك التي كانت تزاوج بين التعليم في نمطه التقليدي والالكتروني فإنها في أحسن الأحوال استطاعت أن تنقض السنة الدراسية بأقل الأضرار، لذا تأتي هذه الورقة العلمية للوقوف على واقع الموقف التعليمي في مؤسساتنا التربوية، الذي عرف الركود والاختلال في ظل اجتياح أزمة كورونا لكافة القطاعات المجتمعية، والذي يشترك فيه ثلاث أطراف (المعلم، المتعلم، الإدارة التعليمية)، وضرورة التحول نحو البيئة الرقمية كمجال يمكن أن نفعل فيه الموقف التعليمي بل وإستراتيجية نتوقع من خلالها الارتقاء بمستوى التعليم، خاصة إذا كانت الوسائط المتاحة عبر هذه البيئة من شأنها استحداث التنوع وتوفير عناصر الجذب التي يحتاجها المتعلم في القرن الواحد والعشرين، وذلك من خلال التعليم الإلكتروني أو التعليم عن بعد. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم الإلكتروني، الموقف التعليمي، أزمة كورونا. Abstract: Many countries witnessed a paralysis in their educational system due to the Corona crisis, as they did not have alternatives through which this system could work. As for those that had intermarried between education in its traditional and electronic style, they were at best able to end the school year with the least damage, so this scientific paper comes to determine the reality of the situation Education in our educational institutions, which has known stagnation and imbalance in light of the Corona crisis sweeping all sectors of society, in which there are three parties (teacher, learner, educational administration), and the need to shift towards the digital environment as an area in which we can do the educational situation and even a strategy through which we expect to improve At the level of education, especially if the available media in this environment create diversity and provide the elements of attraction that the learner needs in the twenty-first century, through e-learning or distance education.
