الملخص
ملخص البحث: يتناول هذا البحث الملامح الفكرية والعلمية التي كانت سائدة في القرن السابع الهجري في مدينة بجاية، وذلك بناء على ما ذكره الغبريني في كتابه "عنوان الدراية فيمن عرف من العلماء في المائة السابعة ببجاية"، فقد قسَّمت البحث إلى مقدمة وفيها :حدود الدراسة، أسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، ومنهجه، وإشكالية البحث، وخطته. ثم ذكرت ترجمة مختصرة لأبي العباس الغبريني، ثم بيان القيمة العلمية والتاريخية لكتابه، كما تناولتُ مكانة بجاية المعرفية والعلمية (قبيل القرن السابع الهجري، وما بعده)، على وجه الاختصار، ثم تطرَّقتُ إلى بيان الملامح الفكرية والعلمية مركِّزا على الأعلام و العلوم السائدة في ذلك الوقت، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج المتوصَّل إليها. وهي كالآتي:نقل إلينا الغبريني طبيعة العلوم السائدة في مدينة بجاية، وأهم الوظائف كالقضاء و الفتيا، والتوثيق، مع بيان مكانة بجاية العلمية و الثقافية في القرن السابع الهجري، ودورها الريادي في نشر العلوم الشرعية والعقلية. ملخص البحث باللغة الأجنبية: This research deals with the intellectual and scientific features that were prevalent in the seventh century (al hidjri) in the city of Bejaia, based on what Al-Ghubrini mentioned in his book “The Title of Knowledge among the Scholars Known in the Seventh Century in Bejaia”. Its objectives, methodology, research problem, and plan. Then I mentioned a brief translation of Abu Al-Abbas Al-Ghubrini, then an explanation of the scientific and historical value of his book, and I also addressed the status of Bejaia's knowledge and science (before the seventh century AH, and beyond), in short, then I touched on the statement of the intellectual and scientific features focusing on the prevailing media and sciences in that The time, then the conclusion, which contains the most important results to her. It is as follows: Al-Ghubrini conveyed to us the nature of the prevailing sciences in the city of Bejaia, and the most important functions such as judiciary, fatwas, and documentation, with an explanation of Bejaia's scientific and cultural status in the seventh century "al hidjri", and its pioneering role in the dissemination of forensic and mental sciences.
