كتاب الشرك ومظاهره للشيخ مبارك الميلي -دراسة وصفية تحليلية- : Sheikh Mubarak Al Mili's Polytheism And Its Aspects: A Descriptive And Analytic Study.

الملخص
إنّ الحديث عن الشيخ مبارك الميلي هو حديث عن أحد أعلام الجزائر بل الأمة الإسلامية، وما أحوجنا في هذا العصر أن نرفع من شأن علماء البلد، ويقتدي بهم الجيل الصاعد، تتمثل أهداف البحث في تقديم نظرة مختصرة حول إسهامات علماء الجزائر في توعية المجتمع، والتعرف على أعلامها، بيان جهود علماء الجزائر في الدفاع عن العقيدة الصحيحة والردّ على العادات والتقاليد المخالفة للشريعة الإسلامية. تناول الباحِث في المقدمة: (أهمية الدراسة، أهداف الدراسة، منهجية الدراسة، الإشكالية). ثم قسّمتُ البَحثَ إلى مطلبين: المطلب الأول: نظرة مختصرة حول حياة الشيخ مبارك الميلي، (مولده ونسبه، نشأته ووظائفه، مواقفه، مؤلفاته: ثناء العلماء عليه، وفاته). أما المطلب الثاني: تناولت فيه قراءة في كتاب الشرك ومظاهره، وفيه: -أهمية الكتاب. -المصادر الأولية لكتابه: "كتب اللغة، التفسير...". -موضوعات الكتاب مثل :(الحاجة إلى معرفة الشرك ومظاهره، الغرض من بيان الشرك ومظاهره، معنى السِّحر، الرقية والعزيمة، التميمة، الدعاء...). -استدلاله وشواهده. ثم الخاتمة وفيها بيان جهود علماء الجزائر في الحفاظ على هوية الأُمّة الإسلامية. سواء تعلق في التأليف أو تربية النّشئ. لأنّ بتَحرير العقول تتحقق الأهداف المَرجوَّة في بناء حضارة إسلامية أساسها العدل والمساواة. Abstract: The reference to Sheikh Mubarak Al-Mili is not only a reference to one of Algeria's scholars but also to one of the Islamic Ummah. There is a special need in this era to raise and revive the status of Algeria's scholars for the rising generation is utterly in need to follow their example. The objectives of the research are to provide a brief look at the contributions of Algerian scientists in raising the awareness of society, and identifying its scholars through: - The explanation of the efforts of Algerian scholars in defending the true faith and responding to customs and traditions that were contrary to Islamic law. The introduction will highlight the importance of the study, its objectives, its methodology and its problematic. The research falls into two objectives: The first is to shed light into the life of Sheikh Mubarak Al-Mili; including his birth, lineage, upbringing, his positions, attitudes, his writings, the scholars praise of him and his death. The second objective deals with a reading into his book entitled "polytheism and its Aspects" which includes the following: -The importance of the book. -The use of primary sources in his book: "Books on Language, and Exegesis ..." Topics dealt with in the book relate to: -The need to learn about polytheism and its aspects, - The purpose of explaining polytheism and its aspects, - The meaning of magic, ruqyah(incantation), resolve, amulet, supplication, means, intercession, visitation and shrines...). - His Evidence and Inference. The conclusion includes a statement of the efforts of Algerian scholars in preserving the identity of the Islamic Ummah be it with regard to authorship or educating the generations. It is only through liberating minds that the desired goals could be achieved in building an Islamic civilization based on justice and equality.
