المسؤولية الاجتماعية في ظل أبعاد التنمية المستديمة

الملخص
تهدف التنمية المستديمة إلى ضرورة تحقيق العدالة بين الأجيال المختلفة في توزيع الموارد الطبيعية ضمانا لتواصل عملية التنمية، من خلال أبعاد ثلاثة البعد الاقتصادي، البعد الاجتماعي والبعد البيئي، وذلك من خلال مساهمة جميع الأطراف. وتعد المؤسسات الاقتصادية الشريك الأساس في التنمية المستديمة من خلال مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية تجاه كل من عمالها وعملائها من جهة والمجتمع والبيئة اللذان تنشط فيهما من جهة أخرى، وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتوضيح هذه المسؤولية ومختلف مجالاتها وتبيان منافعها على المؤسسات مع عرض معايير قياسها، والآليات التي يمكن اعتمادها من أجل تجسيدها ميدانيا. وقد قدمت الدراسة جملة من المقترحات لتشجيع تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص بصفة عامة. The need to achieve justice between the different generations in the distribution of natural resources to ensure the continued development process is the aim of sustainable development. This can be realized through three dimensions: The economic dimension, the social dimension and the environmental dimension, within the contribution of all parties. The economic institutions are considered as the principal partner in sustainable development through its social responsibility towards both their workers and their customers on the one hand, society and environment, on the other hand. This study demonstrates this responsibility and various fields and demonstrates its benefits to the institutions with the presentation of measurable standards, and mechanisms that can be adopted for the portrayal of the field. This study also presents a number of proposals to promote the application of the social responsibility of the private sector in general.
