الملخص

يرتكز مفهوم الجودة على مدى تحسين المؤسسات الانتاجية لمنتوجاتها اعتمادا على الاتصال بالمستهلكين، و الصحافة الالكترونية الجزائرية بوصفها مؤسسات انتاجية ذات منتوج غير ملموس، أصبحت تجد صعوبة في الاحتفاظ بجمهورها الذي يقضي أوقاتا طويلة على شبكة الانترنت، حيث تغيرت حاجاته ورغباته، وأصبح لزاما على تلك المؤسسات ملاحقته نحو شبكة الانترنت، وتحسين وتطوير محتوياتها الإعلامية لتتلاءم مع رغباته، لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم المحتوى الإعلامي للصحافة الالكترونية الجزائرية الأكثر زيارة من طرف المستخدمين (البلاد، النهار)، من خلال تحليل مضمون عينة من مواضيع الموقعين، و تطبيق معايير دقيقة لتقييم جودتها، وخلصنا في النهاية إلى أن الصحف الإلكترونية الجزائرية الأكثر زيارة، تحتوي على مضامين صحفية جيدة جدا، لكن الحفاظ على هؤلاء الزوار أصبح يتطلب أساليب حديثة لمتابعة رغباتهم المتغيرة والمتقلبة باستمرار. The concept of quality is based on the extent to which the productive enterprises improve their products based on contact with consumers, and the Algerian electronic press as productive institutions with an intangible product, which have become difficult to maintain their long-time audience on the Internet, where their needs and desires have changed, and they have to pursue it towards the Internet, and improve and develop their media content to suit their wishes; This study aims to evaluate the media content of the Algerian electronic press most visited by users (country, nahar), by analyzing a sample of websites content, and applying accurate criteria to assess their quality, and we concluded in the end that the most visited Algerian electronic newspapers contain very good press content, but maintaining these visitors now requires modern methods to follow their ever-changing and volatile desires.
