انعكاسات استراتيجية الأمن القومي الأمريكي على القضية الفلسطينية خلال عهدة الرئيس دونالد ترامب، Implications Of The Us National Security Strategy On The Palestinian Cause During The Term Of President Donald Trump

الملخص
شكل وصول الرئيس الامريكي دونالد ترامب الى البيت الابيض ظاهرة جديدة خلافا لتلك النخب السياسية الامريكية التقليدية والتي تضمنت ادارة ترامب - الكثير من التناقضات والاختلافات، وكذلك التوافقات مع استراتيجيات سابقة، وبالتالي، وثيقة ترامب عكست شخصيته منذ توليه منصب الرئاسة ، لذا جاءت الدراسة للوقوف والتحليل الاكاديمي والسياسي عن مضمون تلك الاستراتيجية الامريكية للأمن القومي التي وضعتها تلك الادارة الجديدة ، و لأجل فهم توجهات الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في سياستها الداخلية والخارجية وانعاكاستها على السياسة الدولية ، ولعل الشرق الاوسط من القضايا الهامة التي دائما ماكانت تحتل حيزا هامة من تلك الاستراتيجية والتي تحاول الولايات المتحدة الامريكية الا تجد منافسا ولا معاديا لها فيها وهذا ما سعت تلك الاستراتيجية الجديدة الوصول اليه. وقد وصلت الدراسة بعد التحليل والتفسير الى أن موقع القضية الفلسطينية من تلك الاستراتيجية القومية الأمريكية فانه مغيب بشكل واضح ولم تتبنى تلك الاستراتيجية الجديدة لترامب سياسة واضحة ورؤية منصفة للصراع الفلسطيني الاسرائيلي ، بل والأخطر من ذلك فان ادارة ترانب تبنت الرؤية الاسرائيلية على حساب الفلسطينيين على طول الخط وفي تعاملها مع كل الملفات كالاستيطان والاسرى وحق العودة وحل الدولتين والمفاوضات ، ولعل خطوة نقل السفارة الامريكية للقدس والاعتراف بها عاصمة لإسرائيل تؤكد ان تلك الادارة تشكل تهديدا خطيرا على القضية الفلسطينية من خلال تلك الاستراتيجية المنحازة والغير مشروطة للجانب الصهيوني . The arrival of US President Donald Trump to the White House constituted a new phenomenon, unlike those traditional American political elites, which included the Trump administration - many contradictions and differences, as well as compatibility with previous strategies, and therefore, Trump's document reflected his personality since he took office, so the study came to stand and academic analysis And the political about the content of that American strategy for national security developed by that new administration, and in order to understand the directions of the United States of America in its internal and foreign policy and its repercussions on international politics. It does not find a competitor or hostile to it in it, and this is what this new strategy sought to reach. The study, after analysis and interpretation, concluded that the position of the Palestinian issue in that American national strategy is clearly absent, and that Trump’s new strategy did not adopt a clear policy and a fair vision for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and even more dangerously, the Trapp administration adopted the Israeli vision at the expense of the Palestinians along the line. In dealing with all files such as settlements, prisoners, the right of return, the two-state solution and negotiations, and perhaps the move of moving the US embassy to Jerusalem and recognizing it as the capital of Israel confirms that this administration poses a serious threat to the Palestinian cause through that biased and unconditional strategy of the Zionist side.
