جهود ومساعي الهيئات القيادية للثورة التحريرية في تسليح جيش التحرير الوطني (المجلس الوطني للثورة الجزائرية Cnra ولجنة التنسيق و التنفيذcce)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ماهية الهيئات القيادية للثورة الجزائرية التي أنشأت بمقتضى قرارات مؤتمر الصومام 20 أوت 1956. تمثلت في المجلس الوطني للثورة الجزائرية(CNRA) و لجنة التنسيق و التنفيذ (CCE)،وكيف تمكنت هذه الأخيرة من فرض و تطبيق التنظيم الثوري على مختلف جوانب الثورة، والذي لا يتحقق إلاّ بتوفر ظروف وعوامل وشروط أساسية منها الاستعداد النفسي والرصيد الفكري ووجود قيادة موحدة توفر أرضية وإستراتيجية محكمة تسيّر بها شؤون الثورة. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جهود ومساعي الهيئات القيادية للثورة التحريرية في تسليح جيش التحرير الوطني و تنظيم عمليات الإمداد وهيكلتها بعد مؤتمر الصومام وقد كانت لهذه المساعي نتائج إيجابية على الصعيد العسكري للثورة التحريرية، فلطالما شغلت قضية التسليح قادة الثورة و كانت من أولوياتهم، فكانت لها دورا وجهود كبيرة في إعادة هيكلة و تنظيم عمليات الإمداد بالسلاح لجيش التحرير الوطني.خاصة بعد إقامتها لدائرة التسليح و التموين العام، وقرار الهيئات القيادية بإقامة توزيع جديد للأدوار والمهام بإنشاء جيش آخر من القوات المساعدة على الحدود الشرقية و الغربية الذي يتولى مهمة جلب وتخزين وتوزيع و إيصال السلاح إلى جيش التحرير الوطني. This study aims to highlight what are the leading bodies of the Algerian revolution established under the resolutions of the 20Th of 1956 Fastam Conference, the National Council of the Algerian Revolution (CNRA) and the CCE Coordination and Implementation Committee, because revolutionary organization is achieved only by providing basic conditions, factors and conditions, including psychological readiness and intellectual balance, and the existence of a unified leadership and providing ground and strategy to achieve it. This study also aims to highlight the efforts and efforts of the leadership bodies of the liberation revolution in arming the National Liberation Army and organizing and structuring supply operations after the Conference of Somam, and these efforts have had positive results at the military level of the liberation revolution, as the issue of arming the leaders of the revolution has always been a priority, it has played a role and great efforts in restructuring and organizing the supply of weapons to the National Liberation Army.Especially after its establishment of the Department of Armament and Public Supply and the leadership bodies decided to establish a new distribution For roles and tasks by establishing another army of auxiliary forces on the eastern and western borders, which is responsible for bringing, storing, distributing and delivering weapons to the ELN.
