مرتكزات عملية التحضير للأحداث الثقافية في الجزائر- دراسة سوسيولوجية بالصالون الدولي للكتاب بالجزائر في طبعته 24

الملخص
ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مرتكزات عملية التحضير للأحداث الثقافية في الجزائر وتشكيل معرفة واقعية حولها من خلال الدراسة الامبريقية المتعلقة بالصالون الدولي للكتاب بالجزائر، ونهدف أساسا إلى معرفة المعايير المتبعة في تعيين الأفراد الفاعلين في محافظة الصالون، كذلك الأسس المعتمدة في توزيع المهام على فريق التنظيم لنصل إلى معرفة طبيعة المهام الممارسة ضمن العملية التحضيرية للصالون. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف انطلقت الدراسة من طرح الأسئلة الآتية : -كيف يتم تعيين الأفراد الفاعلين في محافظة الصالون الدولي للكتاب بالجزائر؟ -ما هي المعايير المعتمدة من طرف محافظة الصالون في توزيع المهام على الأفراد؟ -ما هي المهام الممارسة ضمن عملية التحضير للصالون الدولي للكتاب بالجزائر؟ للإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة استخدمنا تقنية المقابلة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات حيث قمنا بمقابلة الأفراد المنظمين للصالون الدولي للكتاب بالجزائر، وبناء على ذلك تم اعتماد تقنية تحليل المضمون في معالجة النتائج المتوصل إليها وتحليلها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عملية التحضير للصالون الدولي للكتاب بالجزائر لا تعتمد على الأسس العلمية والنماذج العالمية في تنظيم الأحداث، وإنما تتم من خلال عمليات تنفيذية غير مشروطة بالسمات والعناصر المرتبطة بالوظائف، وبالتالي فتعيين الأفراد الفاعلين في المحافظة غير مشروط كذلك بها، ويتم توزيع المهام عليهم من طرف محافظ الصالون بناء على معرفته بهم وتقييمه الشخصي لقدراتهم. Abstract : This study aims to identify the foundations of the preparation process for cultural events in Algeria, and the training of realistic knowledge about them through the empirical study related to the international book salon in Algeria, and we mainly aim to know the criteria used in appointment of active individuals in the salon governorate, as well as the principles adobted in the distribution of tasks to the organizing team let’s get to know the nature of the tasks practiced within the salon preparation process. to : achieve these goals, the study started bu asking the following questions ? how are individual actors appointed in the governorate of the international book salonin Algeria- ? what are the criteria adobted by the salon governorate in the distribution of tasks of individuals- ? what are the tasks performed in the preparation process for the international book salon in Algeria- To answer these questions, we used the interview technique as a basic tool for data collection. we interviewed the individuals organising the international book salon in Algeria, and accordingly the content analysis technique was adopted in the processing and analysis of the findings. the study concluded that the preparation process for the international book salon in Algeria does not depend on scientific foundations and global models in organising events, but rather is carried out the operational processess that are not conditional on the features and elements associated with jobs, and therefor the appointment of the individuals active in the governorate is also not conditional on them, and the tasks are .distributed to team by the salon governor based on his knowledge of them and his personal evaluation of their abilities
