الملخص
تعد مراكز اعادة التربية مؤسسات تربوية و اصلاحية بالدرجة الاولى ، فهي تعمل وفق نظام عصري وحديث يهدف الى تزويد الاحداث المنحرفين والجانحين بقيم اجتماعية تسمح لهم باكتساب العضوية الاجتماعية.وبالتالي فهي مؤسسات مكلفة بالدرجة الأولى بحماية هؤلاء الجانحين الذين جرفتهم تيارات التمرد و الانحراف . و تقوم هذه المراكز بتقديم كافة أنواع الرعاية و الخدمات التعليمية منها و المهنية والإجتماعية و الصحية و النفسية من أجل تحسين سلوك الأحداث و استعادة توافقهم النفسي والإجتماعي, و إبعادهم قدر المستطاع عن السلوكات المنحرفة, و ذلك بملأ وقت فراغهم حتى يتمكنوا من الإندماج في الحياة الإجتماعية. Abstract : Re-education centers are considered as an educational and reform Institutions in the first grade, it works according to a modern and contemporary system that aims to provide the pervert and delinquent youth of social values that permit them to acquire the social membership.Constantly, those institutions are primarily responsible for protecting those delinquents who were Swept Away by the currents of rebellion and perversion . These centers provide all kinds of caring and educational services such as professional, social, health and psychological Services in order to improve the behavior of Youth and restore their psychological and social harmony and keep them away off deviant behaviors as much as possible by filling their free time, thus they will integrate into the social life
