الملخص
لقد بات موضوع الجريمة من أكثر المواضيع تناولا ذلك أن تبعاته تعدت الفرد نفسه اذ أضحت تمس مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وعليه حاولنا في هذا المقال التعرف على طبيعة السلوك الإجرامي ومن ثم التطرق لمختلف أشكال الضبط الاجتماعي سواء كانت رسمية أو غير رسمية ومدى مساهمتها في الحد من هذه الظاهرة واختتمنا المقال بالتطرق إلى مجموعة الآليات والإجراءات العملية التي تهدف إلى التقليل من السلوك الاجرامي والحد منه وذلك بتهيئة بيئة متوازنة و ايجابية تسمح للفرد بالامتثال للضوابط الاجتماعية crime among has become one of the most discussed topics, because its consequences go beyond the event itself, as it has become affecting the various institutions of socialization. Accordingly, we have tried in this article to identify the nature criminal behavior, and then address the various forms of social control and the extent of their contribution to limiting this phenomenon. We concluded the article by addressing a set of mechanisms and practical measures aimed at reducing and limiting criminal behavior, by creating a balanced and positive environment that allows the individual to comply.
