الملخص

ملخص: في إطار البحث عن الطّرائق الرّامية إلى ترقية المجال التربوي التّعليمي، تكلّلت مساعي القطاع والدول والأطراف الفاعلة في التّفكير بالطّرائق البديلة عن التعليم النّظامي، فتجسدت جهودهم في تطبيق ما يسمى بالتعليم عن بعد Distance Learning؛ والذي نهدف إلى التعريف به في هذا البحث والكشف عن ماهيته في ظل الاختلاف والتعدّد المُسمّياتي، والعمل على تحديد معالم نشأته وتطوره، ورصد أهم تنزيلاته في الواقع التعليمي وفقا لأنماطه وأشكاله، ومن جهة أخرى نسعى لتحديد أهداف الأخذ بهذا الأسلوب –التعليم عن بعد-؛ وذلك بغية التّعريف به ونشر ثقافة استعماله في ذهن الأفراد والجماعات كآلية فعالة مستدامة أو بديلة لمجابهة الأزمات ولتجنب تعطيل المهام على مستوى أهم قطاع وهو قطاع التعليم، وجعله كحل نموذجي للأفراد الذين لم تسعفهم الظروف للتعلم، بالرغم من أهميته البالغة إلا أنّنا لا يمكنا صرف النّظر عن التّعليم الكلاسيكي وإنّما الحرص على جعلهما واحدا في خدمة الآخر. Abstract : In the context of searching ways to develop and promote the educational field, the sector, states and the active parties, they did a lot of effort to find out alternative methods for formal education. due to Their efforts they applayed the so-called distance learning . Which we aim to introduce in this research and reveal what it is in light of the difference and the plurality of nomenclature, also work to define the parameters of its inception and development, than to monitor the most important renovations in the educational reality according to its patterns .on the other hand we seek to define the objectives of adopting this method -:distance education or distance learning in order to introduce it and spread the culture of using it in the minds of individuals and groups as an effective or alternative mechanism for confronting crises and to avoid disrupting tasks at the level of the most important sector, which is the education sector, and making it a solution for individuals who were not helped by circumstances to learn, despite its great importance, but we cannot dismiss Classical education, in contrast they should be one in the service of the other.
