الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة لأجل معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية للمؤسسة، إذ أن لهذه التكنولوجيا عناصر جوهرية تساهم في مساعدة المؤسسة لاكتساب عدة مزايا تنافسية، كالحصول على أفضل الاستراتيجيات، السرعة في أداء الأعمال، كسر الروتين، دقة ووضوح المعلومات لأجل الحصول على أفصل وأنجع القرارات والاستراتيجيات التي تعمل على رفع أداء المؤسسة وبالتالي التميز في مجال عملها. TThis study came in order to know the role of information technology in achieving a competitive advantage for the organization, as this technology has essential elements that contribute to helping the organization to gain several competitive advantages, such as obtaining the best strategies, speed in doing business, breaking routine, accuracy and clarity of information in order to obtain the best and most effective Decisions and strategies that raise the performance of the institution and thus excellence in its field of work.
