الطاقة المتجددة في ألمانيا كمرحلة ما بعد الطاقة الأحفورية والنووية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
إن مشكلة زوال الطاقة التقليدية وما تسببه الطاقة النووية وغيرها من الطاقات غير المتجددة من مشاكل بيئية، وظهور مصطلح التنمية المستدامة، جعلت الدول في بحث دائم عن مصادر بديلة لها تكون متجددة وصديقة للبيئة، وبعد عدة أبحاث وتجارب تم التوصل إلى أنه يمكن إنتاجها من مصادر طبيعية متجددة مثل الشمس والرياح والمياه وغيرها. إن الهدف من عرض تجربة ألمانيا في هذه الورقة البحثية، هو جعل الدول تستفيد من تجربتها وتتخذها نموذجا لها، من أجل وضع خطط إستراتيجية فعالة تضمن لهم النجاح في مجال استغلال مواردهم الطبيعية والمساهمة في تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة والتي تمت صياغتها على النحو التالي هل تؤثر الطاقة المتجددة إيجابا على التنمية المستدامة في ألمانيا؟ تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة تجربة ألمانيا في استغلالها لطاقات المتجددة في سبيل تحقيقها للتنمية المستدامة الأمر الذي أوصلنا إلى نتائج، من بينها أن الاستخدام الفعال للطاقة المتجددة يعد المفتاح الذي يؤدي بالدول إلى تحقيق مبادئ التنمية المستدامة لذلك نقترح أن تتجه الدول إلى استغلال طاقاتها المتجددة من أجل تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة. The problem of the demise of conventional energy and the environmental problems caused by nuclear energy and other non-renewable energies, and emergence of the sustainable development term, has made countries always struggle to find other alternative sources that are renewable and environmentally friendly. After several studies and experiments, it was concluded that these sources can be produced from renewable natural sources such as the sun, wind, water, etc The aim of presenting Germany's experience in this research paper is to make countries benefit from their experience and view it as a model in order to develop effective strategic plans that guarantee them success in exploiting their natural resources and contribute to achieving the requirements of sustainable development, and to the answer the problem presented which was formulated as follows, Does renewable energy positively affect sustainable development in Germany? the descriptive approach was followed in order to study Germany's experience in exploiting renewable energies for the sake of achieving sustainable development which led us to results, Among themthat the efficient use of renewable energyit is considered the key that leads countries to achieve the principles of sustainable development that is why we suggest that countries turn to the exploitation of their renewable energiesin order to achieve the requirements of sustainable development
