الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر القرينة عند علماء الأصول في تحليلهم للخطاب القرآني، بصفتها عنصرا دالا له وظيفة تفعّل عند الاستعمال/التداول، مما يتيح لنا الانتقال من المعنى الحرفي الوضعي للخطاب إلى المعنى المقصود، وبالتتبع والاستقراء يمكن حصر أثر القرائن في خمس وظائف هي : البيان، التخصيص،الترجيح،التأويل، والتأكيد. This study aims to highlight the impact of the presumption among scholars of fundamentals in their analysis of the Noble Qur’an discourse, as an indicative element that has a function to act upon use / circulation, which allows us to move from the literal and positivist meaning of the speech to the intended meaning, and by tracing and extrapolating the effect of clues can be limited to five functions : Statement, assignment,weighting,interpretation,andconfirmation.
