الملخص
الملخص إشكالية المصطلح العلميّ من القضايا الّتي تعاني منها اللّغة العربيّة المعاصرة، والبحث في المصطلح ذو أهميته عظيمة في ظرف يعج بالتطورات التي يصنعها الآخر، وأكبر مشكل يقمع حركية المصطلح العلمي هو الاستيراد غير المشروط في مقابل غلق باب الصناعة والتصدير، وهذا الاستيراد تولته جهات مختلفة وبمعايير وأسس متباينة فاختلفت المصطلحات العلمية اختلافا كبيرا ما ساهم في خلق فوضى مصطلحية، وهذا الداء في نمو وتزايد باتساع دائرة العلوم والمعارف. وأصبحت الأبحاث العلمية تعير اهتماما للمصطلح لدوره في تمثيل المفاهيم وبناء النظريات والمناهج والتحكم في المعرفة. لذا كانت الدعوة في الملتقيات والندوات إلى ضرورة توحيد مقاييس وضع المصطلحات وتنسيق الجهود وإيكالها للمجامع اللغوية لخلق جهاز مصطلحي عربي موحد. Abstract: Difficultness or problematic of scientific term was consider One of the issues, that The Contemporary Arabic language suffers from it, And research on the term is of great importance In a circumstance full of developments made by the other. And the biggest problem is suppressing the movement of the scientific term, Open import and closing the door of industry and export Imports are carried out by different entities according, to different bases and standards Scientific terminology has varied greatly This difference has generated chaos in scientific terminology This problem is increasing with the diversity of knowledge and science. Scientific research has come to pay attention to the term. Because the practical term affects the understanding of semantics The scientific term contributes to the construction of theories and approaches It helps to enter and control the doors of knowledge. That's why it invites seminars and conferences To the need to standardize the development of terminology Coordinate the efforts of scientists in the development of terminology And entrust the task of developing terminology to linguistic academies. To find a unified Arabic term This paper highlights To introduce the Arabic scientific term And indicate its characteristics and the conditions of the measures of its status The paper also examines the movement of the term. The paper shows the importance of the term and its functions.
