La Gouvernance Numérique Dans Les établissements Scolaires : Les Conditions De Réussite

سوف نتناول في هذه المداخلة خمسة مجالات رئيسية للرقمنة في المدارس و شروط نجاح التكنولوجيا الرقمية وحوكمة المؤسسات التعليمية، المجال الأول هو الإدارة ،القوة الدافعة والتنظيم،المجال الثاني يتعلق بموضوع ذا أهمية كبيرة ، وهو التدريب. المجال الثالث هو مسألة الموارد ،أما في المجال الرابع سنتحدث عن الممارسات التعليمية والتربوية والمجال الأخير سيكون البنية التحتية الشبكات والمعدات. للبدء، سنعمل على ثلاثة مستويات، أولاً مستوى تمهيدي، فهو يسمح بانطلاق الاستخدامات الرقمية ، ثم سنرى في المستوى الثاني الشروط المؤهلة كحد أدنى للإعلان عن استخدامات التكنولوجيا الرقمية في المدارس ثم شروط النجاح لإدماج التكنولوجيا الرقمية. سنتطرق كذلك للمستوى الثالث و الأخير و الذي يمكن أن يؤهل كشرط لاعتماد الرقمية في الممارسات التعليمية والتربوية في المؤسسات. In this intervention, we will address five main areas of digitization in schools and the conditions for the success of digital technology and the governance of educational institutions. The first area is management, driving force and organization, the second area is related to a topic of great importance, which is training. The third area is the issue of resources, while in the fourth we will talk about educational and pedagogical practices, and the last area will be infrastructure, networks and equipment. To start, we will work on three levels, first an introductory level, which allows the launch of digital uses, then we will see in the second level the qualifying conditions as a minimum for announcing the uses of digital technology in schools, and then the conditions for success to integrate digital technology. We will also discuss third and final level, which can qualify as a condition for the adoption of digital in educational and educational practices in institutions.
