صدام الحضارات أم حوار الحضارات؟ دراسة مقارنة في جدلية الفكر الغربي والفكر الإسلامي

الملخص
أخذ مفهومي صراع الحضارات و حوار الحضارات مساحة واسعة من البحث والاستشراف من قبل المفكرين والباحثين في المجال السياسي والاجتماعي، في إطار الانتقال من الثنائية القطبية إلى الأحادية القطبية، وبداية النظام الدولي الجديد بقيادة متفردة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في عصر العولمة الليبرالية، هما مصطلحين متناقضين يعكسان جدلية الفكر الغربي والفكر الإسلامي على الخصوص، وأعني في هذا المقام أن نظرية صدام الحضارات من صنع عقل أمريكي ليبرالي استعماري بحلة جديدة، مقابل ذلك طرح إسلامي ماسمي بحوار الحضارات كرد فعل على نظرية صدام الحضارات، مفاده أن الصراع لن يكون قائما على أسس ثقافية ودينية بل على أسس مصلحية اقتصادية بحتة، بحكم الأول ليست له حلول لأنه قائم على أساس صراع ثقافي ديني، بينما الثاني له حلول قائمة على أساس مصلحة مشتركة بعيدة كل البعد عن الأمور الثقافية الدينية، في حين أن محددات الصراع الحضاري قائمة وستستمر، في مقابل ذلك غياب مؤشرات على بداية حوار حضاري حقيقي. The concepts of the clash of civilizations and the dialogue of civilizations took a wide area of research and foresight by intellectuals and researchers in the political and social field, within the framework of the transition from bipolar to unipolar, and the beginning of the new international order with unique leadership of the United States of America in the era of liberal globalization, which are two contradictory terms that reflect a dialectic Western thought and Islamic thought in particular, and I mean in this regard that the clash of civilizations theory was made by a liberal American colonial mind with a new suit, in exchange for this, an Islamic proposal called dialogue of civilizations in response to the clash of civilizations theory, that the conflict will not It is based on cultural and religious foundations, but on the basis of a purely economic interest, by virtue of the first it has no solutions because it is based on a cultural religious conflict, while the second has solutions based on a common interest that is far from religious cultural matters, while the determinants of civil strife exist On the other hand, there will continue to be no indications of the start of a real civilized dialogue
