الملخص

ملخص: يجب هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على توجهات دافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم الأشبال نحو كل من هدف التمكن وهدف النتيجة وعلاقتها بأبعاد السلوك العدواني لديهم، وتأتي هذه الدراسة من منطلق تنامي ظاهر العنف والعدوان في المنافسات الرياضية بشكل عام، ولعل أبرز مسبباته لدى اللاعبين ذلك السعي المبالغ فيه نحو هدف النتيجة حتى عند اللاعبين الشباب ما يؤدي إلى بروز أشكال العدوان كالعنف الجسدي واللفظي والتهجم، ولأجل ذلك شملت الدراسة 160 لاعبا متبعين المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن: - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مقياس العدوان الرياضي المعدل بين اللاعبين الأشبال ذوي توجه التنافسية العالي واللاعبين ذوي توجه التمكن العالي لصالح اللاعبين ذوي توجه التنافسية (النتيجة) العالي. - هناك علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين توجه التنافسية العالي و أبعاد مقياس العدوان الرياضي المعدل في حين جاءت علاقة إرتباطية سالبة غير دالة إحصائيا بين توجه التمكن العالي وأبعاد مقياس العدوان الرياضي. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the achievement motivation trends of young soccer players towards the goal of mastery and the goal of the result, and its relationship to the dimensions of their aggressive behavior. This study comes from the standpoint of the phenomenon of violence and aggression in sports competitions, Perhaps the most prominent cause of the players is the exaggerated pursuit of the result; even among young players, which leads to the emergence of aggression such as physical and verbal violence and attacks. For this reason, the study included 160 players, following the descriptive approach in the survey method. The study concluded that: - There are statistically significant differences in the modified sports aggression scale between young players with a high competitiveness orientation and players with a high mastery tendency in favor of players with a high competitiveness orientation. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the high competitiveness trend and the modified sports aggression scale dimensions, while there was non-statistically significant correlation between the high mastery trend and the dimensions of sports aggression scale.
