وجهة التعليل السببي لدى لاعبي كرة القدم و علاقتها بدافعية الانجاز في المنافسة الرياضية.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إتجاه التعليل السببي نحو كل من عزو النتيجة أو عزو الأداء وعلاقة كل منهما بمستوى دافعية الإنجاز. وجاءت النتائج لتأكد أن العينة المدروسة يتميزون بوجهة داخلية في بعد عزو الفوز وبعد عزو الأداء الجيد وبوجهة خارجية في بعد عزو الهزيمة والأداء السيئ،فهم يعزون الفشل إلى العوامل الخارجية غير الثابتة يصعب التحكم فيها.كما أن أصحاب الوجهة الداخلية لأبعاد التعليل السببي يتميزون بمستوى أعلى في دافعية الانجاز مقارنة بأصحاب الوجهة الخارجية، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الوجهة الداخلية لأبعاد التعليل السببي ومستوى دافعية الانجاز وعكسية بين الوجهة الخارجية ومستوى دافعية الانجاز. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليل السببي ؛ دافعية الانجاز ؛ المنافسة الرياضية ؛ لاعبي كرة القدم Abstract This study aimed to identify the direction of the causal explanation towards both attribution of the result or attribution of performance and their relationship to the level of achievement motivation. The results came to confirm that the studied sample is distinguished by an internal destination in attribution of victory dimension and attribution of good performance dimension, and an external destination in attribution of defeat dimension and poor performance. They attribute the failure to unstable external factors; difficult to control. Also, the owners of the internal destination for the dimensions of the causal reason are distinguished by a higher level of achievement motivation compared to the owners of the external destination. In addition the existence of positive direct relationship between the internal destination of the dimensions of causal explanation and the level of achievement motivation, and inverse between the external destination and the level of achievement motivation. Résumé Cette étude visait à identifier la direction de l'explication causale vers l'attribution du résultat ou l'attribution de la performance et leur relation avec le niveau de motivation à la réussite. Les résultats sont venus confirmer que l'échantillon étudié se distingue par une destination interne dans l'attribution de la dimension victoire et une attribution de la bonne dimension performance et une destination externe dans l'attribution de la dimension défaite et une mauvaise performance. Ils attribuent l'échec à des facteurs externes instables; difficile à contrôler. En outre, les propriétaires de la destination interne pour les dimensions de la raison causale se distinguent par un niveau plus élevé de motivation à la réalisation par rapport aux propriétaires de la destination externe. De plus, l'existence d'une relation directe positive entre la destination interne des dimensions de l'explication causale et le niveau de motivation à la réussite, et inverse entre la destination externe et le niveau de motivation à la réussite.
