Abstract

التمهيد تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على فاعلية مبادئ الادارة الاسلامية المستخدمة في العالمين العربي و الاسلامي و ذلك للحاجة الماسة الى قياس نتائج الناحية التطبيقية لمعايير مبادئ الادارة الاسلامية, و هذا المؤشر يدلنا على التحقق من أن مبادئ الادارة الاسلامية الناجحة في السابق لا زالت على فاعلية و استحقاق من أنها صالحة و تستجيب الى حل المشاكل الادارية المرتبطة بواقعنا الحالي. و من ناحية اخرى يهدف هذا البحث الى محاولة القاء الضوء على تلك المبادئ القيمة من أساسياتها و مصادرها الرئيسية مع التركيز على مواردها و الاليات و المفاهيم و القيم الاسلامية و كذلك المبادئ المنبثقة عنها, إضافة إلى كيف أن نظام الادارة الاسلامية استثمر في البشر ليأخذ الريادة في تأسيس نظام إداري استراتيجي مستقر و منفتح على العالم الخارجي و ذلك لتحقيق الاهداف و الغايات الادارية المصممة مسبقا. الكلمات المفتاحية: مبادئ الادارة الاسلامية, الحضارة الاسلامية, الادارة الاسلامية التطبيقية, النظام الاداري. 1- Abstract This study concerns with the effectiveness of Islamic Management Principles (IMP) that are being used in the Arab and Islamic world because there is a serious need to test the implementation process of IMP. This is telling us that whether the successful Islamic Management Principles that were into practice in the past can meet today's needs and expectation. This academic work trying to spot the light on them principles from the grass roots focusing on the begging of the Islamic era's Resources, Methodology, Values, Concept and Principles, as well as, how the Islamic Management System invested in people taking the lead in establishing a stable and steady management system which is open to the outside world to achieve the designed managerial aims and objectives.
