الملخص
تناولت عدة علوم نفسية مرض السرطان وعلى رأسها علم الأورام النفسي، وعلم المناعة النفسية العصبية، لكن تبقى وجهة النظر البسيكوسوماتية رائدة لعدة عقود من الزمن رغم اختلاف تياراتها النظرية، موضحة ارتباطات المرض بين العرض والسبب وعلاقة الجسد بالنفس، ولأن الأبعاد النفسية لمرض السرطان معقدة، متداخلة وعميقة، تعيق حياة الفرد والمحيطين به بل تهدد وجوده كإنسان، كان ولابد باقتراح علاج تكاملي فعال يجمع بين أهم تقنيات المدارس النفسية ويشمل أكثر الفئات المرضية وعلى الخصوص الضعيفة اقتصاديا، يأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصية المرض، المراحل والزمن، فوقع الاختيار الأمثل على العلاج النفسي بخفض الحساسية بحركات العين وإعادة المعالجة لاعتراف منظمة الصحة العالمية بفعاليته وتفوقه على العلاجات النفسية الحديثة الأخرى كالسلوكية المعرفية في الأثر والمدة. Psychologically, several sciences have dealt with cancer, chiefly psycho-oncology and neuropsychological immunology, but the Psychosomatologyally view remains a pioneer for several decades, despite its different theoretical currents, explaining the links of disease between symptom and cause and the relationship of the body to the soul, and because the psychological dimensions of cancer are complex, They are intertwined and profound, hindering the life of the individual and those around him, and even threatening his existence as a human being. Effective integrative treatment should have been proposed that combines the most important techniques of psychological schools and includes the most disease groups and especially the economically weak, taking into account the specificity of the disease, stages and time ..., so the optimal choice fell on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing psychotherapy, the World Health Organization has recognized its effectiveness and superiority over other modern psychological psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy in effect and duration.
