الملخص
يشتكي الباحثون في تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر من قلة المصادر والوثائق المحلية، في حين توجد الكثير منها مغمورة، ويأتي على رأسها كتب الرحلة والجغرافيا؛ تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية لاستقصاء أوضاع الجزائر من خلال مصدر تونسي وهو "صفوة الاعتبار بمستودع الأمصار والأقطار" للشيخ محمد بيرم الخامس؛ وتبرز أهمية هذا المصدر عندما نعرف أن صاحبه كثرت أسفاره وتعددت معارفه الدينية والتاريخية والجغرافية؛ لذلك تحاول دراستنا هذه الإجابة على إشكالية أساسية تتمثل في البحث عن قيمة وحجم المادة العلمية التي يوفرها هذا المصدر حول أوضاع الجزائر في الفترة الحديثة والمعاصرة. كما تعرفنا هذه الورقة البحثية في البداية على شخصية المؤلف والعوامل التي أثّرت في تكوينه، بداية من انتمائه إلى أسرة علمية وسياسية، ثم تنوع مدارسه وشيوخه، إضافة إلى احتكاكه برجال الإصلاح والسياسة في الشرق والغرب؛ ولعل أبرز عوامل تكوين شخصيته رحلاته التي ساهمت في توسيع أفقه؛ كما لا ننسى أثر أحداث عصره عليه خاصة منها ضعف وانحطاط العالم الإسلامي، وتنامي التدخل الأوروبي في شؤونه. تعرض في كتابه "صفوة الاعتبار" لمحطات هامة من تاريخ الجزائر، ومنها طريقة انضمام الجزائر إلى الدولة العثمانية، وأسباب نجاح الحملة الفرنسية على الجزائر سنة 1830، وأهم المقاومات الشعبية، إضافة إلى أهم محطات السياسة الفرنسية في البلاد، وقدم صورة واضحة عن حالة القضاء الإسلامي وحال القضاة بعد نصف قرن من تدخلات الإدارة الاستعمارية؛ وفي الحياة الثقافية والتعليمية ناقش بعض المسائل فقهية وعرّفنا بعدد من العلماء في مدينة الجزائر وعنابة، وكشف لنا عن حالة التعليم السائد في الثلث الأخير من القرن 19. Searchers of Algerian’s modern history are complaining about the lack of sources and local documentations .whilethere are a lot of unknown ones like trips and geography’s books. This research aims to investigate the conditions in Algeriathrough a Tunisian source, "Sfouah alaa'tbar bimstouda' ala'msar wala'ktar" by Sheikh Mohamed Bayram V. The importance of this source becomes clear when we know that his owner was a tripper, and has a multi religious, historical and geographical knowledge. The purpose of this search is to answer the Problematic which is the search of scientific material provided by this source about the situation of Algeria during the modern age. This search lets us know the personality of the search and they were the factors that influences on his training start inform being a member of a political and scientific family then to his various schools and teachers, additionally his frequent contact with both oriental and occidental political men. However, one of the most supreme factors that contribute to build his personality is his trips that help him to enlarge his background. Referring also to the influence of events during his age especially the weakness of Islamic world and the intervention of European in his business. In his"book Sfouah alaa'tbar",he presented important milestones in the history of Algeria including the way Algeria joined the ottoman empire , the reasons for the success of French complain and the most important popular resistance .In addition the most important of French political stations in the country .He represented also a clear picture of Islamic judiciary state and the status of judges after half a century of intervention by the colonial administration . From the side of cultural and educational life, he discussed some jurisprudential issues and he introduced us a number of scholars in Algiers and Annaba, he revealed to us the level and state of education prevailing in the last third of the nineteenth century.
