اللغات الوطنية ومخلفات الفرنسية في الجزائر

الملخص
الناظر في الوضع اللغوي في الجزائر يجد أن اللغة الفرنسية قد اكتسحت المنزل والمدرسة والسوق، وبدأت تتحكم في كثير من مناحي حياتنا. وهي في كل يوم تحقق انتصارا في مجال من مجالات الحياة، وموقعا من مواقع المجتمع وإذا احتلت موقعا من هذه المواقع أقصت عنه اللغة العربية. والسؤال الذي يجب أن نسأله أنفسنا في هذا العصر الهائج بكل ما هو غربي، ما الذي نريده؟ هل نريد أن ننسلخ عن هويتنا العربية والأمازيغية والإسلامية فنهاجر بعقولنا وألسنتنا إلى الغرب، ونتحول إلى مخلوقات تفكر بعقول أولئك القوم وترطن بأسنتهم؟ هل نتخلى عن إسلامنا وترثنا وشخصيتنا المتميزة بين الأمم في سبيل منافع آنية؟ أم نقف ضد تحطيم ثوابتنا، ونبني أنفسنا تدريجا في سبيل المشاركة في الحضارة المعاصرة من منطلق الاعتزاز بأنفسنا والحفاظ على هويتنا وانتمائنا الحضاري؟ إننا مطالبون بأن نحدد علاقتنا فيما تخص الثوابت بما ينسجم ومصلحتنا العامة، لا بما ينسجم وغاياتنا الآنية، وأن ننظر إلى الأمور باعتبار ما ستؤول إليه، لا باعتبار ما تبدو عليه في اللحظة الراهنة. ومن الأمور التي يجب أن نحدد علاقتنا بها اللغة الفرنسية فلا نسمح لها أن تزاحم لغتنا العربية فتكون معولا لهدم هويتنا وثقافتنا بدلا من أن تكون مساعدا لنا على النهضة والتقدم. The observer of the language situation in Algeria finds that the French language has swept the home, school and market, and has begun to control many aspects of our lives. Every day it wins a field of life, a site of society, and if it occupies a position of these sites, it is spared the Arabic language. The question we must ask ourselves in this turbulent age is all that is Western. What do we want? Do we want to get rid of our Arab Amazigh Islamic identity and migrate our minds and tongues to the West, and turn to creatures that think the minds of those people and Tntn Bassnthm? Are we abandoning our Islam, our heritage and our distinct personality among human beings for immediate benefits? Or stand against the destruction of our constants, and gradually build ourselves in order to participate in contemporary civilization out of pride in ourselves and preserve our identity and belonging to our civilization? We are required to define our relationship with regard to the constants in accordance with our general interests, not in line with our immediate goals, and to look at things as they will, not at what they seem to be at the moment. One of the things that we must define our relationship with the French language, we do not allow not to contend with our Arabic language, it will be a solution to the destruction of our identity and culture, rather than being an assistant to us on the rise and progress.
