تحسين القدرة الانتاجية مدخل لفهم محددات التخطيط الشرائي الفعُال.

الملخص
ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التخطيط الشرائي الفعًال، ومدى أثره على تحسين القدرة الإنتاجية، بالشركات الصناعية في ليبيا. تم اختيار عينة عمدية من القيادات الإدارية العليا، بالشركة العامة لصناعة الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك انخفاض في مستوى تخطيط المشتريات، وضعف التنسيق بين الإدارات المختلفة بالخصوص. أيضاً عدم إدراك الإدارة العليا لمهام ومتطلبات وظيفة التخطيط للمشتريات. هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالتخطيط الشرائي، من خلال اسناد هذه الوظيفة لمتخصصين وخبراء ذوي الكفاءات والمهارات العالية، للرفع من مستوى القدرة الإنتاجية. Abstract : This study aims to know the role of effective purchasing planning, and the extent of its impact on improving production capacity, in industrial companies in Libya. A deliberate sample was chosen from the senior administrative leaderships of the State Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies. Where the results of the study showed that there is a decrease in the level of procurement planning, and poor coordination between the different departments in particular. Also, the senior management is not aware of the tasks and requirements of the procurement planning function. The study concluded that the need to pay attention to purchasing planning, through assigning this position to specialists and experts with high competencies and skills, to raise the level of production capacity.
