The Importance Of Internal Audit In The Effective Management Of Human Resources: The Case Of Enageo

Abstract

Given the strategic importance of the human resources function, managers use internal auditing as a tool to help a company or organization deal with human or social problems. In order to understand the importance of the internal audit in the efficient management of human resources, we carried out a mission of internal audit of human resources within the company ENAGEO, subsidiary of the oil group SONATRACH. This case study allowed us to confirm the positive contribution of internal audit to the improvement and efficiency of human resources management.
