الملخص
Economic diversification has become one of the strategies followed by countries around the world to raise levels of economic growth, with the intention of reducing dependence on a single resource. Algeria is one of those countries seeking to adopt an economic diversification strategy to reduce dependence on the hydrocarbon sector through the promotion of various other sectors and the optimal exploitation of agricultural, industrial and services. This is what we are looking for, by studying the effect of economic diversification on growth in Algeria in the face of oil shocks, using the auto-regression approach of the slowdown deviations distributed by ARDL between 1972 and 2018. La diversification économique est devenue l'une des stratégies suivies par les pays du monde pour relever les niveaux de croissance économique, avec l'intention de réduire la dépendance à une seule ressource. L'Algérie fait partie de ces pays qui cherchent à adopter une stratégie de diversification économique pour réduire la dépendance vis-à-vis du secteur des hydrocarbures à travers la promotion de divers autres secteurs et l'exploitation optimale des potentiels agricoles, industriels et de services. C'est ce que nous cherchons, en étudiant l'effet de la diversification économique sur la croissance en Algérie face aux chocs pétroliers, en utilisant l'approche d'auto-régression des écarts de ralentissement répartis ARDL entre 1972 et 2018. أصبح التنويع الاقتصادي من الإستراتيجيات المتبعة من قبل دول العالم للرفع من مستويات النمو الاقتصادي، وقصد التقليل من الاعتماد على مورد واحد. والجزائر واحدة من هذه الدول التي تسعى لتبني إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي للتقليل من التبعية لقطاع المحروقات من خلال النهوض بمختلف القطاعات الأخرى، والاستغلال الأمثل للإمكانيات الفلاحية والصناعية والخدماتية. وهو ما نبحث فيه، من خلال دراسة أثر التنويع الاقتصادي على النمو في الجزائر في ظل الصدمات النفطية باستعمال مقاربة الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المتباطئة الموزعة ARDL خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1972 و2018.
