أهمية التعلم في تخفيف حدة تعثر الشركات الناشئة " Start-up " في الجزائر- دراسة تحليلية-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أهمية التعلم في مواجهة العراقيل التي تواجه الشركات الناشئة في الجزائر وملاكها قبل وبعد التأسيس، حيث وقفت الدراسة على أهم عناصر الفشل التي تعيق تقدم الشركات الناشئة ونّموها، من خلال دراسة تحليلية لمجموعة من الدراسات والإحصائيات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ التعلم يساهم بشكل ملحوظ في تدنية درجة خطر خروج الشركات الناشئة من قطاع الأعمال أو تعثرها، كما يعتبر موردا خفيا أساسيا لإستمرارها. This study aimes to show the importance of learning in facing of the obstacles which face Startups in Algeria and their owners before and after the establishment, where the study stood on the most important elements of failure that hinder the progress and growth of start-ups, through an analytical study of a range of studies and statistics, the study has concluded that learning contributes significantly in the low risk degree of Startups leaving the business sector or faltering, as is considered a hidden resource essential to their continuity.
