دور القيادة الخادمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة (دراسة ميدانية على جامعة الأقصى في قطاع غزة)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور القيادة الخادمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة كما يدركها العاملين في الجامعات الفلسطينية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت استبانة، للكشف عن دور القيادة الخادمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (255) عامل وعاملة في جامعة الأقصى، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى القيادة الخادمة وزنها النسبي (60.2%)، وهو مستوى متوسط، وأن مستوى التنمية المستدامة وزنها النسبي (65.2%)، وهو مستوى متوسط، وأن معامل الارتباط بيرسون بين القيادة الخادمة والتنمية المستدامة يساوي (0.74 )، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيادة الخادمة تبعاً لمتغير العمر، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيادة الخادمة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمية المستدامة تبعاً لمتغير العمر لجميع الأبعاد، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمية المستدامة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لجميع الأبعاد. The study aimed to identify the role of leadership in achieving sustainable development as recognized by workers in Palestinian universities, and used the descriptive curriculum and used questionnaire, to reveal the role of leadership server in achieving sustainable development, and the sample of the study consisted of (255) workers and workers in Al-Aqsa University, the results of the study showed that the level of leadership of the servants relative weight (60.2%), which is an average level, and that the level of sustainable development relative weight (65.2%), which is an average level, and that the pearson correlation coefficient between leadership and sustainable development equals (0.74), and there are differences of Statistical indication in the leadership of the maid according to the change of age, and there are statistically significant differences in the leadership of the maid according to the change of scientific qualification, and there are no statistically significant differences in sustainable development according to the age change of all dimensions, and there are no statistically significant differences in development Sustainable depending on the variable scientific qualification of all dimensions.
