المجتمع المدني و دوره في تحقيق الديمقراطية التشاركية في الدول العربية و الإسلامية

الملخص
لقد حاولنا خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق للمجتمع المدني كآلية لتفعيل و ترسيخ الممارسات الديمقراطية التشاركية و ذلك من خلال محاولة الإحاطة بالمفاهيم الأساسية و التي يكتنفها بعض الغموض فعرجنا على المجتمع المدني من خلال دلالاته المختلفة المرتبطة ببيئات و مدارس فكرية متنوعة و متعددة ساهم كل منها في إثرائه وتحديده وفقا لمنظوره الخاص و صولا للمفهوم الحديث بأبعاده المختلفة ثم مفهوم الديمقراطية التشاركية كمحطة بارزة من محطات تطور الديمقراطية و ذلك بإبراز أهم خصائصه و ركائزه ، و حاولنا الربط بين ذلك من خلال تحديد الأدوار الرئيسية التي يلعبها المجتمع المدني بمختلف مكوناته للمساهمة في تعزيز و تكريسالديمقراطية التشاركية ، و إن كان ذلك نظريا فقد حاولنا الإشارة إلى الواقع العملي له مع اقتراح جملة من الاعتبارات التي يجب مراعاتها للتقليل من هذه المعيقات و التفعيل الحقيقي لهذا الدورWe have tried during this study to address civil society as a mechanism to activate and consolidate participatory democratic practices through trying to capture the basic concepts that surround some ambiguity, so we turned to civil society through its various connotations related to various and multiple environments and schools of thought, each of which contributed to its enrichment and identification According to his own perspective, leading to the modern concept in its various dimensions, then the concept of participatory democracy as a prominent station in the development of democracy by highlighting its most important characteristics and pillars, and we tried to link this by defining the main roles that society plays Civilian with its various components to contribute to the promotion and dedication of participatory democracy, and if that was theoretical, we have tried to refer to the practical reality of it with the suggestion of a number of considerations that must be taken into account to reduce these obstacles and the real implementation of this role.
