الملخص
الملخص بلغة المقال لا يتعدى 150 كلمة حاولت الدراسة الحالية التقصي حول ظاهرة العنوسة وانعكاساتها على المرأة العاملة في الجزائر، باعتبار أن العنوسة كظاهرة اجتماعية تحمل في طياتها معاني متعددة تنجر عنها عواقب وخيمة وآثار سلبية على الفرد والمجتمع، فالظروف التي تضع العالم العربي في نقطة تحول حاسمة في تاريخه هي الظروف نفسها التي تضع الشباب في أزمات متعددة الأشكال والنماذج كالبطالة والفقر، الإدمان وتعاطي المخدرات، الهجرة السرية...إلخ، مما اضطرهم إلى الابتعاد عن المسؤولية والتخلي عن فكرة تأسيس عائلة، والجزائر واحدة من الدول التي بلغت فيها ظاهرة العنوسة معدلات عالية تدعو للقلق، لذلك وجب علينا كباحثين التدخل والتحذير من تفشي الظاهرة لما تحمله من تبعات سلبية تغمس بالنسيج الاجتماعي في مستنقع الأمراض النفسية والفاحشة، من هذا المنطلق وقصد تفادي الوقوع في انحرافات خطيرة استلزم علينا الأمر معالجة موضوع العنوسة كظاهرة اجتماعية لها آثار وعواقب سلبية على المرأة العاملة، ورغبة منا في إطراء هذا الموضوع حاولنا استعراض دراسة ميدانية على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية شملت اثنين وثلاثون (32) امرأة عاملة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة فعالة تتناسب مع هذا النوع من الدراسات، وفي محاولة للإجابة على التساؤل المركزي الذي تمحور حول: ماهي تداعيات ظاهرة العنوسة على المرأة العاملة في الجزائر؟، وبعد المناقشة والتحليل توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن العنوسة كظاهرة اجتماعية تؤثر على الحالة النفسية للمرأة العاملة وتدفع بها إلى التخلي عن بعض القيم، وقد تراود البعض منهن فكرة اللجوء إلى السحرة والكهنة في سبيل أن تظفر بزوج. Abstract: not more than 150 words The current study tried to investigate the phenomenon of spinsterhood and its effects on working women in Algeria, considering that spinsterhood as a social phenomenon carries multiple meanings, which have serious consequences and negative effects on the individual and society, so the circumstances that put the Arab world at a decisive turning point in its history are the same conditions that put young people in multiple forms of crises such as unemployment, poverty, addiction and drug abuse, and clandestine migration...etc, Which forced them to stay away from responsibility and abandon the idea of establishing a family, Algeria is one of the countries where the phenomenon of spinsterhood has reached alarming rates, Therefore, we, as researchers, had to intervene and warn against the spread of the phenomenon because it has negative consequences that obscure the social fabric in the quagmire of psychiatric and obscene diseases and strip it of values and principles. From this point and to avoid serious deviations, it took us to treat the spinsterhood subject as a social phenomenon with negative effects on working women, interest of us to complement this subject, we have tried to review a field study on a sample selecting intentionally and including Thirty-two (32) working women, a descriptive approach was endorsed and using the questionnaire as appropriate tool to this kind of studies. In an attempt to answer the central question: "What are the consequences of the phenomenon of spinsterhood on working women in Algeria?", After discussion and analysis, the study concluded that spinsterhood as a social phenomenon affects the psychological aspect of working women and push her to give up some values, some of them have the idea of resorting to magicians and priests in order to have a husband.
