الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الذاكرة التنظيمية لمختلف جوانبها في تنمية رأس المال الفكري لدى شركة سونلغاز بالوادي، والتعرف على كيفية بناء تصميم الذاكرة التنظيمية ودواعي بناؤها. توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة البدأ في التفكير الجدي في أهمية الوظيفية للذاكرة التنظيمية والبحث عن سبل تحويله من ذاكرة غير فعالة إلى ذاكرة ذات أثر على رأس المال الفكري، والتعرف على الدور الفعال لها في التسيير الفعال داخل المنظمة من أجل اتخاذ قرارات رشيدة. Résumé: Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière le rôle de la mémoire organisationnelle pour ses différents aspects dans le développement du capital intellectuel de la société Sonelgaz à Oued souf, et à apprendre comment construire la conception de la mémoire organisationnelle et les raisons de sa construction. L'étude a conclu qu'il était nécessaire de commencer à réfléchir sérieusement à l'importance de la mémoire fonctionnelle de la mémoire organisationnelle et de rechercher des moyens de la convertir d'une mémoire inefficace en une mémoire ayant un impact sur le capital intellectuel, et d'identifier son rôle effectif dans une gestion efficace au sein de l'organisation afin de prendre des décisions rationnelles. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the role of organizational memory for its various aspects in developing intellectual capital at Sonelgaz Company in Oued souf, and to learn how to build the organizational memory design and the reasons for its construction. The study concluded that it is necessary to start seriously thinking about the importance of the functional memory of the organizational memory and to search for ways to convert it from an ineffective memory to a memory that has an impact on intellectual capital, and to identify the effective role of it in effective management within the organization in order to make rational decisions.
