الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر الإعلام الجواري همزة الوصل بين المواطن والمسؤولين عن تنفيذ برامج التنمية المحلية وذلك استجابة لمتطلبات السكان المحليين بنقل انشغالاتهم للسلطات المحلية، ومن هذا المنطلق تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة مدى مساهمة وسائل الإعلام الجواري في تحقيق التنمية على المستوى المحلي من خلال تشكيل فضاءات عمومية يتم فيها طرح مختلف الانشغالات (السياسية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية) التي تهم المواطن المحلي لمناقشتها وإيجاد حلول مناسبة لها، على اعتبار أن الإعلام الجواري هو الإعلام الذي ينشأ بجوار المواطن للاهتمام بانشغالاته وطموحاته. Abstract: The local media is considered as the link between the citizen and the responsible for implementing local development programs, in response to the requirements of the local population for transferring their concerns to the local authorities, for this standpoint this research paper is trying to study the extent of the contribution of the local media to achieving development at the local level, by creating public spaces, it raises various concerns (political, economic and social) that interest the local citizen to discuss and find appropriate solutions, considering that the local media is the media arises next to the citizen for attention to his concerns and his ambitions.
