الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع إعادة بناء الدولة في إفريقيا، في ظل التدخلات الخارجية، من خلال التطرق إلى نموذج الأزمة الليبية، التي نتج عنها مقتل الرئيس "معمر القذافي"، وتدخل حلف الناتو الذي فشل في ارساء دعائم انتقال ديمقراطي سلمي في ليبيا، مما أدى إلى اندلاع حرب أهلية، قسمت الدولة إلى عدة جبهات، ساهمت في تدخل العديد من الفواعل الدولية الأخرى، أهمها التدخل التركي في الأشهر الماضية، بالتالي تتناول الدراسة سياقات الأزمة الليبية، والتطورات الحاصلة، إضافة إلى أهداف التدخل التركي في الأزمة، ومصالحه في المنطقة، من أجل الوصول إلى مآلات الدولة ومصيرها بعد التدخل التركي، وهل يفضي إلى مزيد من التدخلات الأجنبية في الأزمة. This study aims to address the issue of rebuilding the country in Africa, in light of external interventions, by examining the model of the Libyan crisis, which resulted in the killing of President "Muammar Gaddafi", and the intervention of NATO, which failed to lay the foundations for a peaceful democratic transition in Libya, which It led to the outbreak of civil war, divided the state into several fronts, contributed to the intervention of many other international actors, the most important of which is Turkish intervention in the past months, thus the study deals with the contexts of the Libyan crisis and developments taking place, in addition to the goals of Turkish intervention in the crisis, and its interests in the region, In order to reach the state's destiny After the Turkish intervention ultimately will, and does lead to more foreign intervention in the crisis.
