اقتراب النخبة ودوره في تحليل الظواهر السياسية

الملخص
ملخص: إن النخبة عبارة عن جماعة صغيرة مسيطرة تتمتع بسمات خاصة، مما يجعلها ذات هيبة ونفوذ واسع الانتشار ويؤهلها لإتخاذ القرارات ورسم السياسات وفق ما يتماشى مع مصالحها ويضمن نفوذها. ويتمثل الهدف من هذه الدراسة في توضيح دور اقتراب النخبة كإطار تحليلي في تفسير الظواهر السياسية من خلال الإجابة عن إشكالية كيفية مساهمة اقتراب النخبة في تحليل الظواهر السياسية، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى أن توظيف اقتراب النخبة في التحليل يمكّن الباحث من التعرف على هوية وخلفيات أعضاء النخبة وكذا شكلها ووظيفتها وأسباب تماسكها وديمومتها، بالإضافة إلى أسباب تحكمها في الشعب وكذا أساليبها المتبعة، الأمر الذي يمكنّه من التوصّل إلى مؤشرات تفسّر قدرات النخبة وتوّجهاتها في رسم السياسات وأثر ذلك في الدولة. الكلمات المفتاحية: اقتراب؛ السياسة؛ الظواهر؛ النخبة؛ تحليل. Abstract: The elite is a small and dominant group with special characteristics, which makes it prestige and widespread influence and qualifies it to take decisions and formulate policies in line with its interests and ensures its influence. The aim of this study is to clarify the role of elite approach as an analytical framework in the interpretation political phenomena, by answering the research problem of how the elite approach contributes to the analysis of political phenomena, Through this study it was concluded that the use of elite approach in the analysis it enables the researcher to identify the identity and backgrounds of the elite members, as well as its form, function, reasons for their cohesion and permanence, In addition to the factors of its control over the people, as well as its methods used, which enables him to come up with indicators that explain the capabilities and orientation of the elite in formulating policies and the impact of this on the state.
