الملخص
يمثل القطاع الفلاحي العمود الفقري لاقتصاديات الدول، نظرا لما يلعبه من دور حيوي وفعال في النشاط الاقتصادي، والاستثمار في هذا القطاع يعد من بين أهم التوجهات الحديثة لاقتصاديات العالم سواء المتقدمة أو النامية لما له من أثر في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وكذا مساهمته في تحسين الظروف المعيشية ومحاربة الفقر. لهذا تسعى الجزائر إلى تنمية هذا القطاع كأحد الحلول التي يعتبرها الخبراء كفيلة لتنويع الاقتصاد الوطني. The agricultural sector represents the backbone of the economies of the states due to its vital and effective role in the economic activity, the investment in this sector is one of the most important modern trends of the world economies, whether the developed or the developing ones because of its significant impact on economic and social development as well as its contribution to improving living conditions. And fighting poverty. That is why Algeria seeks to develop this sector as one of the solutions that experts consider to be able to diversify the national economy.
