الملخص
يهدف البحث التعرف على اثر الاستثمار الزراعي في العراق للمدة (1990 – 2018) على نمو الناتج الزراعي النباتي والحيواني وتم اعتماد طريقة المربعات الصغرى OLS وباستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي Eviews 10 في الحصول على النتائج، واختيرت الدالة النصف لوغارتمية المعكوسة كأفضل توفيق للمعادلة وفق المفاهيم الاقتصادية بالنسبة للإنتاج الحيواني والانتاج النباتي على حد سواء. ومثلت العلاقة بين الناتج الزراعي بوصفه متغيرا معتمدا والعوامل المحددة له بوصفها متغيرات مستقلة وهي كل من الاستثمار الزراعي X1 واليد العاملة X2. وقد تبين من خلال التحليل معنوية كل المتغيرات وان هناك علاقة إيجابية بين المتغير التابع والمتغيرات المستقلة. وتوصل البحث الى ان التوجه نحو المشاريع الخاصة ودعمها أدى الى تحسن واضح في الإنتاج الحيواني وتراجع عام في الإنتاج النباتي وذلك بسبب خفض التخصيصات الاستثمارية وانعدام سياسة سعرية ومالية ملائمة تستطيع استقطاب الأموال اللازمة للاستثمار في القطاع الزراعي جعلت من معدل النمو في العراق سالبا. The research aims to identify the impact of agricultural investment in Iraq for the period (1990-2018) on the growth of agricultural plant and animal output, and it was adopted using the OLS method and using the statistical program Eviews 10 to obtain the results. Both animal and plant production. The relationship between agricultural output as a dependent variable and the determinants of it as independent variables is represented as agricultural investment x1 and labor x2. It was found through the analysis that all the variables are significant and that there is a positive relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables. The research found that the trend towards private projects and their support led to a clear improvement in animal production and a general decline in plant production, due to the reduction of investment allocations and the lack of an appropriate price and financial policy that could attract the necessary funds to invest in the agricultural sector, which made the growth rate in Iraq negative. La recherche vise à identifier l'impact des investissements agricoles en Irak pour la période (1990-2018) sur la croissance de la production agricole végétale et animale, et elle a été adoptée en utilisant la méthode OLS et en utilisant le programme statistique Eviews 10 pour obtenir les résultats. Production animale et végétale. La relation entre la production agricole en tant que variable dépendante et ses déterminants en tant que variables indépendantes est représentée par l'investissement agricole x1 et le travail x2. L'analyse a permis de constater que toutes les variables sont significatives et qu'il existe une relation positive entre la variable dépendante et les variables indépendantes. La recherche a révélé que la tendance vers les projets privés et leur soutien a conduit à une nette amélioration de la production animale et un déclin général de la production végétale, en raison de la réduction des allocations d'investissement et de l'absence d'une politique de prix et financière appropriée qui pourrait attirer les fonds pour investir dans le secteur agricole, ce qui a rendu le taux de croissance négatif en Irak.
