تقييم فرص الصادرات الزراعية الجزائرية في الفترة 1980-2017

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز بعض المتغيرات المؤثرة على فرص تصدير المنتجات الزراعية الجزائرية في الفترة 1980-2017. بالنتيجة ضعف التطورات الحاضرة والمستقبلية التي تحدث في القيم السنوية للصادرات الزراعية، يعود بالأساس حسب نموذج ARDL إلى ضعف القدرة الإنتاجية بدلالة القيمة المضافة في القطاع الزراعي. فضلا عن ضعف القدرة التنافسية للاقتصاد والتسويقية للإنتاج، بدلالة مؤشر سعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي والتضخم. إضافة إلى التأثير السلبي لانخفاض نسبة سكان المناطق الريفية. لذلك من المهم التركيز على الزراعة الصحراوية لأنها زراعة واعدة، بالنظر إلى السهولة النوعية من حيث توفر المياه السطحية، ودرجات الحرارة الملائمة لنضج المحاصيل وغير ذلك من الظروف. ومن الضروري تطبيق نظام التسويق الزراعي لتحسين أداء تصدير المنتجات الزراعية المحلية. The aim of this study is to highlight some variables affecting the export opportunities of Algerian agricultural raw materials (1980-2017). As a result, the weakness of current and future developments in the annual values of agricultural exports according to the ARDL model is mainly due to weak production capacity in terms of added value in the agricultural sector. As well as the weak competitiveness of the economy in terms of real effective exchange rate index, and weak marketing capacity in terms of inflation. In addition to the negative impact of the retreat in proportion of rural population. It is therefore important that emphasis is placed on desert agriculture because it is a promising agriculture, given the ease with which surface water is available, temperature suitable for crop maturity, and other circumstances. And it is necessary to apply the agricultural marketing system to improve the export performance of local agricultural products.
