مجلة المقال"EL-MAQAL"، مجلة علمية دولية متخصصة محكمة نصف سنوية(تصدر شهر جوان وديسمبر بانتظام) مجانية مفتوحة الوصول، تنشر وتصدر عن جامعة 20 اوت 1955 سكيكدة/الجزائر، تأسست سنة 2015، تهتم بنشر البحوث المبتكرة في مجال اللغويات واللغة ،الأدب والنظريات الأدبية باللغات: عربية، فرنسية وانجليزية، توفر منصة أكاديمية للباحثين للتعاون وتبادل المعلومات والخبرات في الاعمال والابحاث المبتكرة في هذا المجال ببحوث أصيلة معروضة بدقة وموضوعية، تنشر المجلة في كل من الإصدارات المطبوعة والإلكترونية وهي متاحة للقراءة والتحميل، يوجه فريق المجلة دعوة لكل الباحثين في كل مكان أكاديميين ومختصين للمساهمة وارسال أعمالهم ضمن شروط المجلة، حيث يسهر على تقييم المقالات وتصويبها هيئة علمية ذات كفاءة وخبرة وطنية ودولية، تعمل على التحسين والتطويرالمستمر لعمل ومستوى المجلة للوصول بها الى مصاف المجلات العلمية العالمية في مجال تخصصها واثراء الساحة العلمية بأفضل الأبحاث وأهمها.
