الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الحوار الحضاري ودوره في التأسيس لثقافة العيش المشترك في عالم متعدد الأديان والثقافات و الحضارات ، ونطمح من خلال ذلك إلى التأكيد على مشروعية دعوى الحوار و التعارف الحضاريين حتى وإن كنا في زمن يعج بالحروب ذات الخلفية الدينية والطائفية، فالسبيل الوحيد للعيش المشترك إنما يكمن في الحوار بما يتضمنه من فهم للأخر و تفاهم معه غير أن تفاؤلنا بنجاح الحوار بين الحضارات و الثقافات لا يمكن أن يجعلنا نغفل عن الصعوبات الواقعية العديدة التي تعترضه ، خاصة تلك النزعة المتنامية للحرب بشتى أنواعها و الهوس المفرط بالتسلح و النظرة الخاطئة للأخر ، خاصة في الغرب . وعليه، فإن الحوار الحضاري يتطلب مزيدا من العمل الفكري والميداني، وكثيرا من الجرأة من السياسيين والمثقفين على حد سواء. Abstract: This research addresses the dialogue of civilisations and its role in establishing the coexistence culture in a world of milti-relegions and multi-cultures. We aspire to affirm the legitimacy of the dialogue of civilisations, Even we are in a time of wars that are based on religious and sectarian background,I nthink that the only way to live together is to engage in dialogue to know each others . dspite the optimism over successful there are many real difficulties that face it, especially the growing tendency of war of all kinds, the excessive obsession of armaments..and the false view to the others. Therefore, the dialogue of civilisations requires further intellectual work, and a courage from both politicians and intellectuals.
