الملخص
ﺗﻬدف ﻫذﻩ اﻟد ارﺳﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻗﺗ ارح ﻧﻣوذج رﯾﺎﺿﻲ ﻟﺗرﺷﯾد ﻗ ار ارت إدارة اﻹﻧﺗﺎج ﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ ﺻﻧﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﻛواﺑل-ﺑﺳﻛرة- وﺗﺣدﯾد اﻟﻛﻣﯾﺎت اﻟﻣﻧﺗﺟﺔ ﻓﻲ ظل ﺗﺑﺎﯾن اﻷﻫﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﻧﺳﺑﯾﺔ ﻷﻫداﻓﻬﺎ، ﺣﯾث ﺗم اﺳﺗﺧدام ﺧوارزﻣﯾﺔ ﺑرﻣﺟﺔ اﻷﻫداف ﺑﺎﻷوﻟوﯾﺎت PGP ﻣن أﺟل اﻟرﻓﻊ ﻣن اﻹﻧﺗﺎج ﻣﺳﺗوى إﻧﺗﺎج اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ وﺗﻌظﯾم أرﺑﺎﺣﻬﺎ اﻟﺣد ٕواﯾ ارداﺗﻬﺎ واﻟﺗﺧﻔﯾض ﻣن ﺗﻛﺎﻟﯾف ﻣن وﺗﻛﺎﻟﯾف اﻵﻻت واﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدﻣﯾن ﻣﻊ ﺗﺣﻘﯾق اﻷدﻧﻰ ﻣن اﻟﻛﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻧﺗﺟﺔ ﻟﺑﻌض اﻷﻧواع اﻟﻛواﺑل. وﻗد أﺛﺑﺗت ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﻧﻣوذج اﻟﻣﻘﺗرح ﺿرورة إﻋطﺎء أﻫﻣﯾﺔ ﻷوﻟوﯾﺎت أﻫداف إدارة اﻹﻧﺗﺎج وذﻟك ﺑﺎﻻﻋﺗﻣﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺧرﺟﺎت ﺑرﻣﺟﯾﺔ اﻟطرق اﻟﻛﻣﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻧواﻓذ QM وﻣﺎ ﺗم اﻟﺣﺻول ﻋﻠﯾﻪ ﻣن ﻣﻌطﯾﺎت ﻣن ﻣدﯾرﯾﺔ اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ ﻣﺣل اﻟد ارﺳﺔ. The aim of this study is to propose a mathematical model to rationalize production management decisions in the industry of cables enterprise – Biskra, and to determine the quantities produced in contrast with the relative importance of its objectives, where we used the goal programming algorithm by priority PGP In order to raise the level of production of the company and maximize its profits and revenues and reduction of production costs and costs of machinery and workers, with the realization of the minimum of the produced quantity of certain types of cables. The results of the proposed model demonstrated the importance of prioritizing production management objectives depending on the outputs of the quantitative methods of windows QM, and the data obtained from the company's administration studied
