الملخص

ﺗﻧﺎوﻟت ﻫذﻩ اﻟد ارﺳـﺔ دور اﻟﺗﻣﻛـﯾن اﻹداري ﻓــــــﻲ ﺗﺣﻘﯾــــــق اﻟﻣﯾـــــــزة اﻟﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳــــــﯾﺔ ﺑﻣؤﺳﺳــــــﺔ ﺻـــــــﻧﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﻛواﺑـل-ﻓـرع ﺟﻧــ ارل ﻛﺎﺑـل-ﺑﺳـﻛرة، ﺣﯾــث ﻫـدﻓت إﻟــﻰ اﻟﺗﻌرف ﻋﻠﻰ دور اﻟﺗﻣﻛﯾن اﻹداري ﻓﻲ ﺗﺣﻘﯾق اﻟﻣﯾـزة اﻟﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳــــﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣؤﺳﺳــــﺔ ﻣﺣــــل اﻟد ارﺳــــﺔ وﺗــــم اﻻﻋﺗﻣــــﺎد ﻋﻠـــﻰ اﻻﺳـــﺗﺑﺎﻧﺔ ﻛـــﺄداة أﺳﺎﺳـــﯾﺔ ﻟﺟﻣـــﻊ اﻟﺑﯾﺎﻧـــﺎت وﻗـــد وزﻋــت ﻋﻠــﻰ ﻋﯾﻧــﺔ ﻋﺷــواﺋﯾﺔ ﺑﻠــﻎ ﺣﺟﻣﻬــﺎ60إطــﺎرﻣن إطــﺎ ارت اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳــﺔ وﻛــﺎن ﻋــدد اﻻﺳــﺗﺑﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﺻــﺎﻟﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻠﯾـــل52 اﺳـــﺗﺑﺎﻧﺔ ﻟﯾـــﺗم ﺗﺣﻠﯾﻠﻬـــﺎ ﺑﺎﺳـــﺗﺧدام ﺑرﻧـــﺎﻣﺞ 19 spssv اﻹﺣﺻﺎﺋﻲ. وﻗــــد ﺗوﺻــــﻠت اﻟد ارﺳــــﺔ إﻟــــﻰ ﻋــــدة ﻧﺗــــﺎﺋﺞ أﻫﻣﻬــﺎ وﺟــوددور ﻣﻌﻧــوي ﻟﻣﺗﻐﯾــ ارت اﻟد ارﺳــﺔ اﻟﻣﺳــﺗﻘﻠﺔ اﻟﺧﺎﺻــــــــﺔ ﺑــــــــﺎﻟﺗﻣﻛﯾن اﻹداري ﻓــــــــﻲ ﺗﺣﻘﯾــــــــق اﻟﻣﯾــــــــزة اﻟﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳـــــﯾﺔ)اﻟﻣﺗﻐﯾ ارﻟﺗﺎﺑﻊ(ﺣﯾث ﻓﺳـــــر ﻣﺗﻐﯾـــــر اﻟﺗﻣﻛـــــﯾن اﻹداري ﻣــﺎ ﻧﺳــﺑﺗﻪ%61 ﻣــن اﻟﺗﻐﯾــ ارت اﻟﺣﺎﺻــﻠﺔ ﻓــﻲ ﻣﺳـــﺗوى ﺗﺣﻘﯾـــق اﻟﻣﯾـــزة اﻟﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳـــﯾﺔ.ﻟذﻟك أوﺻـــت ﻫـــذﻩ اﻟد ارﺳﺔ ﺑﺿرورة ﺗﻣﻛﯾن اﻟﻌـﺎﻣﻠﯾن أﻛﺛـر ﻓـﻲ اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳـﺔ ﻟﺗﺣرﯾر طﺎﻗﺎﺗﻬم اﻹﺑداﻋﯾﺔ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾق اﻟﻣﯾزة اﻟﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳﯾﺔ. The present study deals with the role of managerial in empowerment in attaining the competitive advantage atthe cables manufacturing company General Cable Biskra branch which aims at identifying the role of managerial empowerment in attaining the competitive advantage in the aforesaid company and clarifying the relationship between the two variables of this research. In order to achieve these objectives, a questionnaire, as a main medium to raise data and information, was present to a random sample consisted of 60 company high-staff to examine its validity and only 52 questionnaires are valid to be analysed afterwards by using the statistical spss.v19 programme in the data statistical analysis. This study finds that there is a significant role of the independent study variables regarding the managerial empowerment such as power delegation, employees training, motivation, effective communication and team’s work in achieving the competitive advantage (the independent variable). It is estimated that 61 percent of the changes occurred in achievement competitive advantage level are due to managerial empowerment. As a result, this study recommends the necessity to give more power to the employees within the company to unleash their creative and innovative power to attain the competitive advantage
