الملخص

ﻫدﻓت ﻫذﻩ اﻟد ارﺳﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﺗﻌرف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟدور اﻟذي ﺗﻠﻌﺑﻪ اﻟﻘﯾﺎدة اﻟﺗﺣوﯾﻠﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻌزﯾز و اﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﻟدى ﻋﻣﺎل ﻣدﯾرﯾﺔ اﻟﺻﯾﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﺳﻛرة اﻟﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﺷرﻛﺔ اﻟوطﻧﯾﺔ ﺳوﻧﺎط ارك. ﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾق اﻫداف اﻟد ارﺳﺔ ﻗﻣﻧﺎ ﺑﺗﺻﻣﯾم اﺳﺗﺑﺎﻧﺔ وﺗوزﯾﻌﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﯾﻧﺔ اﻟد ارﺳﺔ، و ﺗم اﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﺗﺣوﯾﻠﯾﺔ اﻻﺳﺎﻟﯾب اﻻﺣﺻﺎﺋﯾﺔ اﻟوﺻﻔﯾﺔ ﻟﻣﻌرﻓﺔ ﺗﺻو ارت أﻓ ارد اﻟﻌﯾﻧﺔ ﻟﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟﻘﯾﺎدة و ﻣﺳﺗوى ﺗﻌزﯾز اﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣدﯾرﯾﺔ،و ﻻﺧﺗﺑﺎر اﻟﻔرﺿﯾﺎت ﺗم اﺳﺗﺧدام ﺗﺣﻠﯾل اﻟﺗﺑﺎﯾن و اﻻﻧﺣدار اﻟﻣﺗﻌدد. ﺗوﺻﻠت اﻟد ارﺳﺔ اﻟﻰ ﻋدة ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ أﻫﻣﻬﺎ وﺟود دور ﻣﻌﻧوي ﻟﻠﻘﯾﺎدة اﻟﺗﺣوﯾﻠﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻌزﯾز اﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣدﯾرﯾﺔ اﻟﺻﯾﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﺳﻛرة، و ذﻟك ﻋﻧد ﻣﺳﺗوى دﻻﻟﺔ (0.000)ﺣﯾث ﺗﺷﯾر ﻗﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﻰ أن ﻗوة اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﯾن اﻟﻣﺗﻐﯾرﯾن ﺑﻠﻐت 0.710 ، ﻓﯾﻣﺎ ﯾﻔﺳر ﻣﺗﻐﯾر اﻟﻘﯾﺎدة اﻟﺗﺣوﯾﻠﯾﺔ %50.5 ﻣن اﻟﺗﺑﺎﯾن ﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺗوى ﺗﻌزﯾز اﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣدﯾرﯾﺔ و ذﻟك ﺑﺎﻻﻋﺗﻣﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﯾﻣﺔ ﻣﻌﺎﻣل اﻟﺗﺣدﯾد.. this study aimed at identifying the role of the transformational organizational culture within the staff of the Maintenance Direction of Sonatrach in Biskra.To reach this objective we disigned and distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 100 Discriptive statistical techniques for analysing the level of transformational leadership and the organizational culture in the studied direction, and we used ANOVA analysis and multiple regression to test our hipothesis. The study concluded that there is a significant role of transformational leadership in enhancing the organizational culture, at the level of significance (0.000), which indicates the value of (R) that the strong relationship between the two variables reached (0.710), and the transformational leadership explained 50.5% of variance in enhancing the organizational culture
